Position
We’re seeking a hands-on Electronics Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of specific testing equipment.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain digital and analogue electronics for portable ultrasonic systems
* Create technical documentation and ensure compliance with EMC/EMR, CE, and other relevant standards
* Support production teams with high-level fault finding and troubleshooting
* Collaborate on system architecture, prototyping, and supplier coordination
* Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and ongoing technical support
Qualifications
* HND/Degree in Electronics or equivalent
* 3–5 years\' experience in electronic design, including PCB layout and circuit simulation (e.g. Altium)
* Strong understanding of microprocessor systems (ARM, FPGA, PIC, Arduino)
* Experience with electronic circuit diagrams and maintaining/calibrating instrumentation
* Familiarity with EMC/EMR testing and CE marking processes
* Knowledge of NDT systems, especially for rail inspection
