Role Purpose:
To support the successful delivery of customer projects and contracts, ensuring deadlines, SLA, compliance, and quality requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the preparation of received customer hard copy originals, including:
* Receiving customer document originals from third parties (external couriers or internal SCC teams)
* Recording received customer document originals in the SCC DocuHub audit trail/Tracking system
* Preparing customer documents for scanning: removing staples, paper-clips, inserting separator sheets, and organizing documents systematically
* Maintaining handling and management of customer document originals in a contamination-free environment
1. Support the scanning of received customer hard copy originals:
* Processing documents through SCC scanners
* Adhering to quality assurance measures
* Ensuring a contamination-free environment during scanning
2. Support the reconstitution of customer document originals:
* Reassembling documents post-scanning to match the original structure
* If original binding cannot be replicated, reconstituting documents in a suitable alternative format
3. Ensure all governance processes are followed:
* Completing quality assurance checks
* Escalating quality issues as per process
4. Support indexing and exception management of scanned documents:
* Accurately naming and indexing documents
* Managing exceptions according to provided processes
* Escalating issues outside available processes
5. Support wider DocuHub operations, including reprographics and Hybrid Mail services.
