What’s the role?
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Planner to support our project management team across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including new product innovation projects (NPI), strategic business improvement programmes, and other cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project Desktop
* Work closely with Project Managers to integrate scope, time, resource, and cost information into realistic and achievable plans.
* Support the planning and monitoring of new product development and business improvement projects, capturing dependencies, risks, and key milestones.
* Assist in the development and implementation of planning standards, processes, and best practices within the PMO.
What we’re looking for:
* A bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
* Good understanding of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects.
* Experience supporting complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
* Competent on Microsoft Projects/Excel
* Understanding of P6 Primavera is ideal
