looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Assistant Property Manager to join our Specialist Housing team,
supporting the management of high‑quality
accommodation for students and keyworkers and acting as a single point of
contact for residents where required.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the allocation process, preparing tenancy paperwork, processing move‑ins and move‑outs, and ensuring properties are ready to let.
* Providing daily reception cover: greeting visitors, managing calls, booking appointments, and offering general admin support.
* Acting as a key point of contact for residents, partner organisations, and contractors.
* Issuing letters, notices, invoices and handling a variety of customer enquiries.
* Assisting Property Managers with low‑level arrears management to maximise income.
* Reporting and monitoring repairs, escalating issues where needed.
* Helping to monitor contractor performance and arranging inspection/testing visits.
* Supporting regular estate and property inspections and ensuring records are accurately maintained.
* Assisting in the monitoring of budgets, stock usage, and service charge information.
* Promoting good housekeeping and fire safety practices within our accommodation.
* Maintaining high‑quality documentation and compliance with organisational standards.
* Building strong working relationships internally and externally.
* Attending meetings and forums as a representative of A2Dominion (with support).
* Producing reports and contributing to tenancy and performance objectives.
More About You
* GCSEs (A*–C or equivalent) in Maths and English.
* Experience in housing or property management environments.
* Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Experience delivering excellent customer service in a front‑facing role.
* You'll be enthusiastic, organised, and confident working with customers.
* Ability to problem‑solve and support the needs of a diverse customer base, including vulnerable residents.
* A full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
