We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Helpdesk team at Southmead Hospital in Bristol working NIGHTS. This is a full-time permanent shift position working an average of 38.5 hours per week, night shifts 4 on 4 off rotational shift, 19:00 to 07:00 with a one hour unpaid break.

The role:

1. To provide a professional FM Helpdesk service
2. To receive calls and enter the details onto the CAFM system to enable the works to be completed
3. Contact relevant subcontractor and co-ordinate site visits
4. To support the planned maintenance programme by generating jobs and updating the system when work is complete
5. Raise Purchase Orders, invoicing, and other ad-hoc administration support to the department
6. Working an average of 38.5 hours per week, night shifts 4 on 4 off rotational shift, 19:00 to 07:00 with a one hour unpaid break.


The person:

7. Must have experience of providing excellent customer service ideally in a helpdesk environment
8. Knowledge of a CAFM system desirable Maximo
9. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
10. Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
11. Must have good IT skills (able to use email, management systems, databases)
12. Well organised and able to prioritise workload
13. Good timekeeper and reliable
14. Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
