Job Description – Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations Coordinator to provide support across a broad range of operational and business support activities.
This is a varied role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience working across multiple business functions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting shipping and export operations, customer service activities, inventory management, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate shipping activities, including export documentation and logistics administration.
* Support customer service functions, responding to enquiries and assisting with order and delivery updates.
* Work closely alongside the assembly team to maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
* Assist with inventory control processes and stock management activities.
* Provide general operational and administrative support across the business.
* Contribute flexibly across different departments and areas as required.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in export/shipping administration and export documentation.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience in inventory or stock management.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
* Confident coordinating with external suppliers or consultants.
* Good attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business systems.
