💼 What’s the Role?
We’re on the lookout for a proactive, tech-savvy Digital Transformation Client Support Specialist to join our Adobe team and help business partners embrace the power of digital integration. This is a great opportunity to combine technical curiosity, customer engagement skills, and problem-solving mindset while working with one of the world’s most creative and forward-thinking tech companies.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Engage with Adobe partners to help them activate APIs and integrate Adobe solutions with other platforms.
* Track progress and ensure integration milestones are completed within set timelines.
* Provide guidance and support to partners throughout the technical enablement process.
* Collaborate with internal Adobe and EIMS teams to ensure a smooth transformation journey.
* Report progress, identify blockers, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Who are you?
* Speak French as your FIRST language with experience in France/ Belgium
* Good communication skills
* Have a real desire to build a career in technology sales
* Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and curious
* Display a learning & growth mindset
