The Role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Management team supporting the successful delivery of our products to customers.
You will ensure that our service commitments are met, software deployments run smoothly, and customer satisfaction remains high. You'll manage service performance, coordinate with technical teams, and drive continuous improvements in service

What you will do
Service Delivery & Performance Excel
lence: Ensure the seamless delivery of services, continuously driving high performance and meeting expectations.
Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction across the board.
Incident, Problem & Change Management:
Proactively manage incidents and issues, while leading effective change management processes to minimise disruption

Team Coordination & Resource Optimisation:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum productivity.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
Provide insightful reports and drive ongoing improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
You will have:
* Previous experience within a similar role managing cloud-based solutions, SaaS or enterprise software services.
* A strong background in software deployment, troubleshooting and IT Operations
* Knowledge of ISTM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or Zendesk
* Excellent customer relationship management
* Strong Problem solving abilities
* The capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
* Effective Communication and leadership skills
