We’re currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Batch Document Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team. In this role, you will lead a team of Batch Document Officers, coordinating their day-to-day support activities to ensure that all batch documentation is processed efficiently, allowing batches to be started and closed out on time. This role is vital in advancing our mission and making a real difference.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:
* Taking accountability for the performance, training, and development of a team of Batch Document Officers
* Ensuring consistency of batch document support activities across Manufacturing teams
* Acting as a subject matter expert
* Leading improvements in batch document processes
* Generating batch documents as part of new process/product introductions
* Tracking completed BMRs and documents to support departmental KPIs and batch delivery targets
* Supporting the capture of GMP data for Continuous Process Verification
* Coordinating between Manufacturing support functions on material shortages
We are Looking For:
* A-Levels, preferably science-based
* Experience in line management or supervision (preferred)
* Good understanding of GMP and GDocP or GLP knowledge (preferred)
* Ability to travel to sites across Oxfordshire
