To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
With over 2,000 exciting products designed to suit every customer’s preference, there’s a lot to choose from. Our team talks with customers every day, learning their needs and recommending fantastic products that make them feel so good. Products are packed with natural ingredients, many sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes. When advising on skincare regimes, we help communities build a better life.
As part of our dedicated team of Consultants you will offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will learn product origins, engage proactively with customers to experience a range that suits preferences and lifestyle.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers – customer service experience is ideal
* Ability to communicate and listen effectively
* A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
* Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
