We’re working with a fast-paced, people-focused business looking for an Reception & Workplace Coordinator to become the heartbeat of their London office on an initial fixed-term contract.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, keeping a FOH running smoothly, and being the person people naturally turn to for support. No two days will look the same; one moment you could be meeting and greeting visitors and preparing meeting spaces, the next you could be coordinating suppliers, solving an office issue, or supporting a company-wide event.
You’ll join a collaborative and social team that genuinely values workplace experience, initiative, and positive energy.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing front-of-house operations and creating a warm, professional first impression
* Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, couriers, post and deliveries
* Keeping office spaces organised, stocked and running efficiently
* Supporting internal events, team meetings and office set-ups
* Liaising with contractors, building management and external suppliers
* Handling day-to-day workplace and facilities issues proactively
* Assisting with onboarding logistics and workstation preparation for new starters
* Supporting general office administration and employee requests
What they’re looking for
* Previous experience within reception, workplace, office coordination or hospitality from within a service-led environment – this is a very people facing role requiring a warm, friendly, service-driven person who wants to ensure the space and people have everything required
* A naturally proactive and organised approach
* Someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy environment
* Confidence juggling multiple priorities and solving problems independently
* Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
* Comfortable using MS package and picking up new systems quickly
Why this role stands out
* Join a highly collaborative and supportive environment
* Exposure across both office operations and workplace experience
* A varied, people-facing role with real visibility across the business
* Great team culture with regular socials and wellbeing initiatives
* Opportunity to make a genuine impact from day one
This role would suit someone who takes pride in creating an organised, welcoming workplace and enjoys being at the centre of a busy office environment. If this sounds like you, please apply today for an immediate interview!
