Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Managing reservation requests accurately via telephone, email, or online booking systems
Assisting guests with enquiries regarding availability, services, and facilities
Confirming reservations and providing detailed information about the venue and services offered
Maintaining organised records of all reservations and guest interactions
Collaborating with front desk staff and other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently
Handling guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary
Supporting the team during peak periods to ensure smooth operations and high levels of guest satisfaction
Experience
Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred but not essential
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear and courteous interaction
Experience in guest services or serving roles is advantageous
Familiarity with reservation systems or hotel management software is a plus
Knowledge of hospitality standards and excellent phone etiquette are highly desirable
