Job information Customer Experience Coordinator from the Company Hypnos Beds, located in Princes Risborough, United Kingdom. This role requires a GCSE education and is open in the Marketing field.
Job Responsibility:
Purpose of the Role/Role Overview:
To ensure all orders are input onto Hypnos' bespoke order system within agreed SLA'S accurately and efficiently, managing customer expectations and queries to a high standard.
To provide a first point of contact for customers, answering questions and queries over the phone or by email in a professional and timely manner, providing support and comprehensive product and service information while building first-class relationships with the customer base.
To provide holiday and sickness cover for the showroom as required on a rota basis.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities:
* Working to agreed set timescales and SLA's
* Responding to queries, cancellation, and amendments requests made by retailers and/or their representatives
* Investigating and actioning credit queries in liaison with the Finance Department
* Updating retailer portals where necessary
* Requesting and updating special codes for bespoke products
* Answering and resolving customer enquiries over the phone or by email
* Taking ownership of complaints and following company procedure to ensure resolution in a timely manner
* Recognizing customer contact trends and flagging repeated quality/service issues
* Resolving customer queries, liaising with other departments to ensure resolution
* Booking technician visits as required
* Ordering spare parts as required
* Proactively informing customers of issues relating to their orders
Showroom Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the showroom is tidy, clean, and inviting, showing beds to their best at all times
* Supporting consumers in selecting the best bed for their requirements using excellent listening skills, product knowledge, and strong communication skills
* Responding to consumer enquiries received via the Hypnos website in a timely manner
* Taking calls from end consumers, helping them through their bed purchase
* Posting out brochures to consumers as requested
* Monitoring and replenishing pillow and accessory stock
* Updating and replenishing display models as required
