First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Wrexham.
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for answering calls and advising tenants/residents on works being carried out, to help book appointments as necessary, answer queries raised, and to pass through calls to the business as required.
My client is a property maintenance and installation organisation. The mechanical arm specialises in the servicing, repair, and installation of gas central heating and hot water services to local authority and Housing Association landlords.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Obtaining, verifying, and confirming customer information through answering incoming calls.
2. Resolving customer queries and problems.
3. Raising notes on the internal company IT system for use by office and field-based personnel.
4. Escalating or passing through calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
5. Performing any other duties reasonably requested by the Customer Care Team Leader or Customer Care Manager.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Essential:
* Call centre experience, face-to-face customer service, sales, or retail experience.
* Experience working in a multi-site company.
* Experience in high-volume, high-pressure environments.
* Inbound call/service centre experience.
* Customer service experience.
* Administration and data inputting experience.
