Position: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Hybrid working from our offices in Colchester, Essex.
Salary: Basic salary up to £26,000 plus commission, realistic OTE £30,000.
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM.
Timeline: Immediate interviews with ASAP start date.

We offer a broad range of mortgage services, together with Part Exchange and Assisted Move. We are now seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Internal Talent Team.
Main Purpose Of The Recruitment Resourcer Role
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day operations of The New Homes Group and its recruitment needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, Directors, and colleagues across the business. The ideal candidate may have a background in Financial Services recruitment, but this is not essential. This fast-paced role may suit an agency resourcer looking to move away from a sales environment.
To be considered, you need experience working in a recruitment role that involved detailed use of an ATS system.
Recruitment Resourcer Responsibilities
1. Managing the database daily, updating files and interview notes.
2. Assisting recruitment consultants in filling high-volume vacancies via sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.
3. Sourcing high-caliber candidates with a focus on long-term retention.
4. Recruiting for a broad range of Financial Services positions across multiple locations.
5. Conducting confident telephone and face-to-face interviews.
6. Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
7. Using the in-house ATS system and maintaining detailed records.
8. Updating the recruitment system and assisting in generating reports.
9. Handling inbound and outbound calls, including candidate calls and general recruitment inquiries.
Essential Requirements
1. Experience in recruitment from either in-house or agency backgrounds.
2. Experience in the financial sector is preferred but not required.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and build strong relationships internally.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other applications.
6. Competent user of ATS systems and quick to learn new software.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus.
8. Team-oriented and collaborative working style.
