Senior Infrastructure Engineer
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will play a pivotal role within a lean, high‑impact IT team. You’ll lead infrastructure operations, guide project delivery, and act as a senior escalation point—all while mentoring others and embedding a proactive, secure, and scalable IT environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage operations across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, Nutanix, and Windows Server
* Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects aligned to strategic goals
* Act as senior point for 2nd/3rd line support and incident resolution
* Champion compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and Cyber Essentials Plus
* Drive improvements in ITIL processes, documentation, and automation
Requirements
* 5+ years in infrastructure/system engineering, ideally in multi‑site/enterprise settings
* Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Nutanix or VMware, Veeam, and core-ede networking
* Strong communicator with mentoring experience and a proactive mindset
* Proven project leadership and advanced troubleshooting skills
* An analytical, structured approach to incidents and continuous improvement
