Shorterm Group is recruiting a Commercial Coordinator on behalf of a well‑established manufacturing business based in Bristol. This is a key role sitting at the centre of commercial, production, and supplier operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
The Role
As Commercial Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth order fulfilment from customer order through to supplier delivery. Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal production teams, helping to keep communication clear, priorities aligned, and delivery performance on track.
You will also represent the business externally, supporting both commercial and operational processes and helping maintain strong, professional relationships across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers and internal production teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfilment
- Act as a central point of contact, maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders
- Manage supplier deliveries, ensuring timelines, quantities, and expectations are met
- Handle day‑to‑day transactional activity, including order coordination and issue resolution
- Support the wider commercial function and act as the "face of the business" in supplier and customer interactions
- Ensure commercial and operational processes run efficiently, accurately, and professionally

- Strong communication skills, with confidence dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised and proactive, with a production‑focused mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
