Role Title - Retail Assistant
- Plymouth - 5.5 hours per week
Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.
Shift pattern - 1.5 hours Monday, 1.5 hours Wednesday, 2.5 hours Friday

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

You will be based in Plymouth but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You must have a full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to facilitate your work.
Job role:
You need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.
You will perform various in-store activities, including:
* Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
* Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
* Setting up promotional activities
* Collaborating with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus.
* Sales or retail sales experience is preferred.
* Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later.
