You will join the established finance team that is responsible for the financial operation activities, financial reporting, payroll and procurement for this charity.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will?work as a member?of the finance team supporting the day-to-day finance, procurement and payroll processes. We are looking for an experienced finance assistant that is seeking a new role with a rapidly expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the finance and procurement mailboxes
2. Responsibility for the procurement process
3. Supporting?the monthly payroll?processing?with support from the finance manager and HR
4. Respond to internal and external financial queries
5. Input supplier invoices into the Sage accounting system
