About the role: The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for (but not limited to): * Preparing tender and contract documents * Cost Estimating * Feasibility studies * Procurement processes * Progress reports * Employers agent services * Act as the conduit between all interested parties * Disputes Resolution Projects are residential and around the Hampshire / Kent area. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a respected business and will be allocated major projects, most of which are already in progress.
