Role: Key Account Manager – Gloves
Territory: South West (including Oxford, Southampton, Cornwall, Bristol and Swindon )

Whether you’re streamlining a process, launching a product, or supporting a colleague, you’ll be making a difference every day. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
* Creating regional account plans to define, target and successfully close business opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Planning and prioritising sales activities to maximise face‑to‑face customer contact
* Liaising with internal functions to agree commercial proposals and effectively use these in customer negotiations
* Supporting customers with product evaluations and trials to promote sales opportunities
* Delivering agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers/focus products and to drive sales of Mölnlycke ORS portfolio
* Presenting our brand value propositions and value‑added customer‑centric solutions for the defined portfolio
* Developing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of selected Mölnlycke products
What You’ll Get
* Salary circa £55,000 depending on experience

What You Bring
* Clear medical‑device sales experience, ideally within a surgical/theatre environment
* Strong track record of exceeding targets and building business relationships
* Proven exposure to C‑suite level negotiations
* Degree in a related field such as Business or Marketing would be beneficial
* Well‑developed communication, presentation and analytical skills
* Strong multichannel solution‑selling background
