What you'll be doing We are looking for a proactive, analytical and commercial retail operations professional to join the team at our Designer Outlet in Swindon as a Retail Manager under a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Centre Manager and supporting the wider cross functional team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our brand partners and strategically playing a key role in maximising the retail performance of stores; providing guidance in maximising sales, ensuring high levels of customer engagement, recruitment and training of store teams, as well as giving feedback on store layouts. To be successful you'll bring You have experience of working in retail operation management, ideally in fashion and a multi-brand environment. You have solid analytical, excel and reporting skills, alongside an advanced knowledge of MS Office. You have experience in managing and monitoring of KPIs and understanding and analysing of store metrics i.e. sales, conversion etc. You work with high accuracy and attention to detail. You have strong communication skills as well as experience in relationship building - internal/external and able to influence at all levels. Fluency in English - both written and spoken.
