Senior Support Worker – Torquay - £14.14 per hour
Typical shifts are Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 20:30 working 3 shifts a week including alternate weekends.

Role Overview
Senior support workers are at the heart of our management teams. We are searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to lead our supported living service in Torquay, a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team supporting a fantastic group of people.
Responsibilities
* Help people gain more independence in their daily lives
* Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service
* Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, and support with supervision
* Order medication and ensure people manage their finances
* Maintain a focus on why we choose to do this, ensuring seniors remain at the heart of providing day‑to‑day support
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and people who have experienced trauma
