Our client are looking for a Service Administrator to join their small, friendly team. Reporting directly to the Service Director, this role is central to the smooth running of the service department, ensuring their clients receive professional and timely support. Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. * Log service requests, prepare quotations, and schedule engineers. * Raise PPMs, order parts, liaise with third-party contractors. * Invoice processing. * Keep all service records and system information up to date and accurate. * Produce and maintain weekly service lists and assist with scheduling and diary management. * Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, and assisting walk-in customers. * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure smooth daily operations. Key attributes * Proven experience in a service based administrative role or similar position is preferred. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced seasonal environment. * Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Microsoft Office and Job Logic or similar service-based system. * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
