Overview

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Role Responsibilities
* Manage a large team, documenting attendance records & investigations
* Manage Rotas to cover Holidays & Sickness
* Delivering Risk Assessments & COSHH Training
* Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
* Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
* Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
* Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
* Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
* Ability to communicate and read basic English
* Previous cleaning Supervisor experience is essential
* Flexible and proactive approach to work
* Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
* Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
* Driving Licence is preferred but not essential
Role Details
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Rate of pay: £14.20 per hour
Shift pattern: 4x Early Shifts / 2x Days Off / 4x Late Shifts / 2x Days Off
