Commercial / Industrial Property Maintenance\n£40k basic + overtime & shift allowance on average take home between £45k-50k\nCompany van – fully expensed + benefits\n40 hour working week\n\nOur client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientated Electrician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting remedial repairs and upgrades in various commercial and industrial settings.\n\nFollowing a visit by a Test & Inspection Engineer, the Electricians have the important task of completing any upgrades / repairs needed. The role offers a lot of variety, you could simply be replacing a breaker or upgrading numerous switches throughout a large industrial unit.

There is plenty of work and overtime is available for those who want it.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Conduct electrical remedial works in commercial and industrial environments.\n\n * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and best practices.\n\n * Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings, answer questions, and provide technical advice.\n\n * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols always.\n\n * Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain and enhance technical skills.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n * A minimum of 3 years of experience\n\n * City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification in Inspection and Testing\n\n * NVQ Level 3\n\n * 18th Edition\n\n * In-depth knowledge of BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and other relevant standards and codes\n\n * Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings\n\n * Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy\n\n * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively\n\n * Valid UK driving licence\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Overtime and premiums for unsocial working hours (after 19:00 before 07:00)\n\n * Fully expenses company van\n\n * 800+ discounts on everyday essentials (e.g.
