Job Title: Early Talent/University Program Specialist
Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months contract initially
Max. Budget: £64.9k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £339 per day Inside IR35
The Opportunity:
* As an Early Talent Program Specialist, you will work on delivering a consistent, high quality early-career experience across EMEA through structured program delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
* You will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and interns across both Tech & Non-Tech environment, taking ownership of program delivery.
* This is a highly visible role that demands effective collaboration, sharp business intuition, and skills in coordinating multiple stakeholders in different geographies.
* You will be an advisor to the business and the interns’ cohorts to maximize their experience.
What you will do:
Program Delivery
* Coordinate end-to-end early career program cycles across multiple countries.
* Own calendars, milestones, and delivery cadences.
* Ensure timely, high-quality execution of onboarding, engagement, development sessions, and offboarding.
Stakeholder Partnership
* Build trustful relationships with multiple stakeholders
* Communicate proactively and maintain alignment across all countries.
* Anticipate needs, prevent escalations, and support smooth collaboration.
Communication & Alignment
* Lead communications to interns, managers, and internal teams.
* Provide clear updates, risks visibility, and structured documentation.
* Represent the program team in cross functional regional/global discussions.
Data, Metrics & Insights
* Track metrics: NPS, conversions, attendance, performance cycles, budget.
* Produce dashboards & actionable insights.
* Make recommendations to improve program quality and consistency.
Continuous Improvement & Change Support
* Contribute to process documentation, standardisation & scaling.
* Support adoption of new tools, workflows, and global frameworks.
* Integrate best practices and external benchmarks.
What you need to succeed:
* Successful experience in Early Career program delivery, preferably in a high-growth tech environment
* Experience managing complex environment and multiple regions simultaneously
* Knowledge of early career environments
* Excellent communication and organization skills
* Ability to evolve in an international, matrixed environment
