We are looking to add an experienced Reception Administrator to our Business and Administration Team : supporting a fast paced, dynamic and innovative school.

The role is full time during school term Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

In this role, you will:

* Monitor and analyse student attendance data, identifying trends and areas of concern
* Implement strategies to improve attendance, working closely with students, families and staff
* Provide individual and group support to students facing attendance barriers
* Conduct home visits and liaise with external agencies as needed
* Develop and deliver programs promoting student well:being and positive school engagement
* Work with parents/carers to address attendance issues, providing support or referring to external agencies as required
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on attendance and welfare matters
* Attend multi:agency safeguarding meetings (e.g., Child Protection Conferences, Core Group Meetings) and provide reports
* Support staff training and awareness on safeguarding and child protection procedures



The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Experience of working with children and young people, ideally in a school or educational setting
* Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
* 2 recent professional references
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school database SIMS
* A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem:solving skills
* The ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
