Private Client Solicitor – Stoke Are you a passionate Solicitor with experience in Wills, probate and estate planning? About the Role As a Solicitor in the Private Client team, you will provide expert legal advice on a variety of matters, including: Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Managing estate administration and probate Advising on trusts for financial planning and residential care fee mitigation Supporting clients with Inheritance Tax planning You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, embraces technology to improve efficiency and prioritises clear communication and exceptional client service.
