Key Responsibilities:

Provide full administrative support to two Financial Planners.

Manage client documentation, onboarding, and compliance tasks.

Liaise with product providers and maintain accurate client records.
*
Prepare client review packs and assist with reporting and valuations.
*
Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the practice.
Requirements:

Previous experience within a Wealth Management or IFA firm is essential.
*
Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
*
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise professionally with clients.
*
Proficient in using financial services platforms and CRM systems.
