Industrial Territory Manager: Industrial Sector: South East
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
* Developing new business within a specific territory
* Retaining and growing existing customers
* Shape and implement sales strategies within specific customers to achieve growth
* Exceed sales revenue targets
* Exceed margin targets managing profitability by customer and product

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Visit customers on your Territory in line with agreed SLA’s and/or customer needs.
* Build and sustain excellent customer relationships
* Increase customer spend, identifying new lines and solutions
* Achieve monthly sales and margin targets to ensure annual plans are achieved
* Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records are kept, including presentations, meetings, contact reports, annual terms, pricing, NLF’s, etc.
* Prospect on your area to win new business in line with KPI’s
* Supports other departments where necessary, i.e., customer services, marketing, operations
* Respond back to customer for any additional queries in a timely manner
* Attendance at trade-shows when required
* Provide customer training when required

PERSON PROFILE:
Essential
* Minimum 2-years’ experience in a similar role
* Demonstrable sales experience in winning new business
* Can-do attitude to “get the job done”
* Hands on approach
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with good attention to detail
* Good engagement with all stakeholders
* Driving Licence
Desirable
- Experience of managing accounts within the industrial sector
- Experience of managing a customer portfolio in a field sales environment
- Has worked with or understands how distributors operate
- Has knowledge of cleaning products and maintenance chemicals
