CRM and social media managers duties
-The role will be to look after the companies email programme and social media activity
-Stand alone position reporting into the head of marketing
-Customer contact plan development
-Email programme delivery
-Customer database management
-Define and develop the organic social media content strategy
-Paid social media delivery

CRM and social media managers skills required
-CRM and social media management experience within travel is a must, ideally for a luxury travel company, or an senior executive looking to step up
-Good analytical skills and proficiency in using tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4 and the Meta platforms
-Significant multi channel CRM campaign experience
-Excellent analytical skills
