An exciting and growing law firm in Liverpool is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its high-performing and friendly Property team. Remuneration & Benefits
* Salary: Highly competitive DOE
* Bonus scheme up to £9,000 per annum (bonus kicks in from 12 completions per month)
* Maximum caseload of around 50 files
* Paralegal / Assistant support
* Dedicated New Business and Post Completion teams
* Hybrid working – 2 days from home
* Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

The Role
* Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
* Handle Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchase matters
* Ability to deal with New Build, Shared Ownership and Buy to Let transactions
* Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth file progression
* Maintain a high level of client care
* Work within a structured and well-supported property department
The Candidate
* Applications welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX or experienced Fee Earners
* Able to manage a residential caseload independently
* Confident handling Sale & Purchase transactions is essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Team player with a positive attitude
