* Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM

What You'll Be Doing
You'll work across a variety of domestic, commercial, and public sector properties, providing both internal and external painting and decorating services. Tasks include:
* Preparing walls and surfaces for painting (filling, sanding, minor repairs)
* Applying various finishes including emulsion, gloss, and specialist coatings
* Erecting and using access equipment (with full training and equipment provided)
* Installing temporary screening to protect the surrounding area and ensure safety
* Managing paint and materials stock levels, ensuring efficient usage
* Keeping tools clean and well-maintained for reuse
* Completing work to a high standard, within budget and deadlines
* Recording work using smartphone technology, including photos and notes
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of 5 years' checkable experience in painting and decorating
* Ideally NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or completed time-served apprenticeship
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence preferred (travel between sites required)
