TPF Recruitment, Kents leading accountancy practice recruitment agency has an excellent opportunity for a payroll administrator to join a busy payroll team in a progressive and expanding chartered accountancy practice based in South‑East Kent. This multi‑partner, multi‑stied practice services a large number of clients across the UK and offers excellent pay, study support, hybrid and flexible working hours, and a progressive career opportunity.
Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for quality and accuracy of payroll work
* Process payrolls in accordance with weekly, monthly and quarterly payroll cut‑off schedule
* Ensure payroll checklists are completed and signed off
* Process HMRC tax code amendments prior to payroll processing
* Deal with queries from HMRC
* Process and upload pension submissions
Requirements
* A technically proficient payroll administrator with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in payroll
* Ideally with accountancy practice experience or payroll bureau experience
* Looking to carve a pivotal, key role within a highly regarded firm of chartered accountants in Sandwich
