The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a growing Corporate team with strong momentum, high-quality work, and clear ambitions. The firm is investing in its Corporate practice and is looking for individuals who want to be part of that growth story.
Work includes:
* M&A and strategic transactions
* Corporate structuring and advisory
* Shareholder arrangements and governance
* Exposure to Oil & Gas within a broader Corporate practice
At this level, your role will extend beyond delivery into client development, strategy, and team growth.
What They’re Looking For
* Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner-level Corporate lawyer
* Strong technical background and commercial approach
* Proven ability to manage clients and contribute to business development
* A portable client base or a clear, credible growth plan
