About the Role
As a Catering Chef, you will:
Food Preparation & Cooking
* Prepare and cook a wide range of hot and cold dishes to consistently high standards.
* Support menu planning, daily specials, and food presentation.
* Work confidently across all sections including the griddle, hot plate, and meal service areas.
Daily Kitchen Tasks
1. Complete daily prep including vegetables, soups, sauces, and batch cooking.
