Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Business Performance and Development team within the Housing Options and Homeless service.
The role involves supporting applicants with the housing application process, answering incoming calls, updating information on housing systems, and managing team email inboxes. Additional administrative tasks will also be required to support the wider functions of the service.
The postholder will provide efficient, effective, and customer-focused support to Council Services, working independently or as part of a team.
There is a responsibility to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the service and organization.
This is a fixed-term position until 30 April 2026.
