We are currently recruiting for a Wellbeing Centre Manager for our service in Manchester. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
Priory Wellbeing Centre Manchester offers fast access to exceptional outpatient care for a wide range of mental health conditions. We can provide counselling and treatment for depression, anxiety and stress, as well as a dedicated young people's service, all set within a peaceful, yet convenient location. We can also offer private autism assessments for adults and children, as well as an autism psychological support pathway for adults who have been diagnosed with autism.

Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day to day running operational running of the centre.
* Provide line management to all staff connect to the site.
* Contribute to the business development of the Wellbeing Centre.
* To exercise leadership in a style and manner consistent with the Company's values to all users of its services to promote consistency of service delivery.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in driving change and innovation within healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and will bring proven leadership and decision-making skills to the role. Forward-thinking, proactive, and creative, you will demonstrate strong managerial and organisational abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience working at a senior managerial level, with both industry and operational responsibilities, is essential. You will have a successful track record of operating within a matrix organisation, handling complex issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Crucially, experience in the private healthcare sector is a requirement for this position.
