Band 5 Staff Nurse, Evening Nursing Service- 5 hours / week
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic and motivated Evening Nursing Service within the South Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a community setting, supporting patients in their own homes during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Continue scheduled visits from the Day Team.
* Respond to unscheduled care needs in collaboration with BECS.
* Work alongside a Health Care Support Worker (HCSW).
* Deliver care in partnership with the wider health and social care team.
Requirements:
* NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Excellent communication skills and a caring, adaptable approach.
* Community nursing experience is desirable but not essential.
* A full driving licence is essential, with flexibility to travel across neighbouring localities to meet service need.
