Additional Needs Teaching Assistant Location: Rawtenstall Working Hours: Tuesday–Friday, 8:50am–3:30pm Pay: £13.75–£14.50 per hour The college is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Additional Needs Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join a hardworking, skilled, and dynamic team. This is a college-based setting in Rawtenstall supporting students with additional needs who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) in place, working in line with the PACE ethos (Preparation for Adulthood, Citizenship and Employment). The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, learner-focused support to students. Enthusiasm, commitment, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a dedicated team are essential. The working week is Tuesday to Friday.
