About the Role
We're looking for someone who loves working with the latest technology while also helping steer the ship as the 2IC to our National IT Director. In this role, you'll have the mandate to scout, test, and implement the latest technologies, from AI integrations to infrastructure overhauls, while ensuring our core systems remain robust and high-performing.

If you're looking for a home where innovation outweighs bureaucracy, where maintaining excellence is as important as building the future, and where failing fast is part of the R&D process, this is the environment for you.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Lead and support IT project implementations, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and new technology rollouts.
* Gather and document business requirements to ensure IT solutions align with operational needs.
* Automate manual processes using tools such as Workato and API integrations to improve efficiency.
* Administer core systems, such as Azure, applications and servers, to ensure reliability and security.
* Monitor system performance and capacity, implementing optimisations to maintain service availability.
* Maintain cybersecurity controls and assist with audits, compliance, and disaster recovery testing.
* Provide advanced technical support (Level 2/3) to staff across multiple offices.
* Document systems, procedures, and project outcomes to support knowledge sharing.
