As a Leisure Assistant you’ll bring your passion for perfection to keep our public areas looking slick, from sprucing up studios to ensuring the gym floor stays in top form. You will recognise our members expect a high standard fitness experience and you’ll be hell‑bent to deliver it every day, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and an exceptional guest experience. You’ll also be prepared to take action and perform rescues to safeguard members in the pool area.
Responsibilities
* Keep public areas, studios, gym floor, and pool surroundings clean, tidy and presentable.
* Maintain hygiene standards in all club areas.
* Perform rescue actions to ensure the safety of members in the pool area.
* Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for guests.
* Address issues proactively and support the team to maintain a high‑standard club experience.
Qualifications & Skills
* Passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
* Friendly, approachable, with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
* Solutions‑oriented, with a proactive mindset to spot and resolve issues before they arise.
* Good understanding of health and safety guidelines, and commitment to workplace safety.
* Suitable to undergo a successful DBS check.
