You’ll play a key role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring candidates and hiring managers receive a smooth, professional, and positive experience. This will include screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting day‑to‑day recruitment activity to ensure processes run efficiently and to a high standard. This is an initial 6‑month fixed‑term contract, offering hybrid working, with on‑site presence based at our Bradford office (BD12) when required.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle.
* Support early‑stage screening and maintain organised talent pipelines.
* Coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
* Support assessments when needed, including logistics, preparation, and candidate follow‑up.
* Maintain accurate candidate records on our Applicant Tracking System.
* Respond to candidate queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with recruitment reporting and data tracking.
* Support ad‑hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition and wider People team.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative, recruitment, or HR support role (desirable but not essential).
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable working with systems and managing high volumes of information.
* Able to prioritise workload in a fast‑moving environment.
* A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
