Purchase Ledger Robroyston Salary up to £30k Monday to Friday (hybrid) - 9 - 5 Free Parking Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Robroyston to hire a Purchase Ledger on a permanent basis. The Purchase Ledger Controller, will be primarily responsible for processing company invoices, reconciling supplier statements, daily banking functions and assisting with payroll. Key Responsibilities: Processing a high number of supplier invoices daily Chasing departments for invoice approvals in a timely manner to ensure invoices are paid within payment terms Run supplier payments, checking all reports are correct Ensure remittances are sent out in a timely manner Complete supplier statement recs frequently and deal/communicate with suppliers with any issues with invoices Review aged creditor reports and reconcile supplier accounts Interviews will be held next week.
