Job Title: 1st Line Support Engineer
Location: Bristol (hybrid)
Salary: up to £27,000

The Role:
* Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and service portal.
* Be the first point of contact for technical issues and service requests
* Log, prioritise, and assign tickets, keeping records accurate and up to date.
* Build strong relationships with clients and gain a good understanding of their needs
The Candidate:
* Previous experience providing 1st line IT support
* Hands-on experience with the latest Microsoft technologies
* Able to set up, manage, and support all versions of Windows desktop operating systems
* Confident troubleshooting Microsoft Office issues
