The Senior Data Partnership Manager is responsible for managing nCino’s technology and data partner ecosystem across the UK and future international regions in EMEA. This role leads efforts in vetting and onboarding potential partners, business development, and go-to-market strategies of existing partners. It also ensures the ecosystem is well-equipped to support nCino’s growth at scale. The role requires cross-team collaboration across nCino departments including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to enhance the depth and scale of our technology partnerships. This role acts as the steward and champion for our data partners internally.
* Manage and own the overall relationship between nCino and its technology and data partners.
* Responsible for vetting and onboarding new partners, performing risk management, and helping both our partners and nCino achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
* Forecast, track, and manage partner-influenced revenue goals, including renewals and upsell opportunities.
* Establish relationships with key executives at all partners and drive relationship-building activities.
* Serve as the primary point of escalation for client-specific queries and internal issues related to deals, RFPs, and data partner capabilities.
* Lead annual partner planning sessions covering pipeline, forecasting, marketing activities, and delivery review.
* Support partnership agreements and contractual documentation, ensuring commercial terms reflect costs versus client value.
* Educate our partner ecosystem on nCino’s roadmap and future product strategies.
* Coordinate technical support of partner integrations, enablement activities, and sales tools.
* Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate scoping and resourcing during pre-sales.
Business Development, Marketing, and Sales
* Collaborate with marketing to define joint go-to-market strategies and communicate product developments.
* Enable the partner ecosystem with nCino’s sales tactics, positioning, and value propositions.
* Manage the partner pipeline and drive qualified leads.
* Coordinate partner marketing activities such as conferences, white papers, webinars.
Delivery
* Ensure best practices for data integration and support continuous improvement.
* Establish review cadences with partners for best practices and product development.
* Lead partner training and enablement.
* Develop relationships with data partners in new regions, understanding local market and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the Partner Program is scalable and consistent.
Qualifications
Required:
* 5+ years in Relationship Management, B2B Sales, or Software, preferably in RegTech or SaaS sectors.
* Proven success in partner management, meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong conflict resolution skills.
Desired:
* Expertise in Banking and Finance, especially Credit Risk & Financial Crime.
* Experience with Data / Credit Reference Agencies.
