MGF are recruiting an Area Sales & Regional Account Manager working from out Tring depot.
This role is for a proven professional with exceptional construction sector and commercial knowledge and ability. You will have a proven track record of business-to-business success and able to demonstrate a contemporary leadership style with particular focus on continued professional development, succession planning and empowerment of their teams.
This role will require a visionary approach to ensure our customer's needs are continuously evaluated, understood and filtered into our approach to top customer facing activities.
You will be responsible for working collaboratively with our core sales, engineering, account management and marketing teams assisting in the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plans ensuring a fully integrated and collaborative ethos that achieves maximum customer value.
This role will require an experience professional to oversee the day-to-day management of the regionally based sales team and work closely with other parts of the business to maximise return on all sales enquiries.
