Personal Advisor Leaving Care (3 positions) – 12‑month fixed‑term contract
About the Role
The Wirral Leaving Care Service seeks three dedicated individuals passionate about supporting Care Leavers aged 16‑25. The role focuses on ensuring young people’s safety and helping them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage an individual caseload of young people aged 16–25.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to enable personal development and life skills.
* Develop, lead and participate in project work with groups of young people and other professionals.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of services and processes within the Leaving Care Service.
Qualifications
* Experience working with 16–25 year olds.
* Relevant qualification at A‑Level or higher.
Requirements
* Must hold a valid DBS check or be able to obtain one.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
