Due to our exciting growth in the social care sector, we are currently looking for an experienced HR and Recruitment Lead to provide HR services across the colleague life cycle processes, and with recruitment and onboarding expertise to attract and retain the best social care talent across our services.
Reporting to the Group HR Director, and working closely with the senior team and the service managers, the role will involve:
* Be the first point of contact for all employee relations, performance management and absence management cases working in partnership with the managers, providing pragmatic advice and support, supporting Managers in Disciplinary and Grievance hearings as required
* Partner with the group businesses to deliver a first-class in-house recruitment and onboarding service
* Complete end to end support of the colleague life cycle
* Taking ownership of the HR system and ensuring data integrity
* Supporting with HR projects
